About shipping
All our shipping packaging is private, discrete packaging, at no where it shows the word “kratom”. The “ship from” is our website name “EGT Herbal”. We ship same day if your order comes into our shipping system before 1PM pacific time, or we ship the next day.
Shipping method we use:
- USPS first class mail: normally 2-5 days; but not guaranteed
- USPS priority mail: normally 2-3 days, but not guaranteed
- UPS ground: 1-6 days, depends on where you live
- UPS 2nd day: if you place your order early enough and order comes into our system before 2 PM, we will ship the same day for this option, and you are guaranteed to receive your order on 2nd business day.
